Here are some shots from the early stages of work on FUZZY LOGIC, a new piece for circuit-bent electronics (live and pre-recorded) I'm writing for the first concert of the Fifth Floor Collective's third season (January 11, 2013 at the Lily Pad in Cambridge, MA).
I'm going to be posting all sorts of stuff re: the genesis of this piece and the process of composing it soon. Stay tuned! It's going to be a weird one.
Here's a little preview of the piece I'm composing for Transient Canvas, a wonderful Boston-based clarinet/percussion duo. As you might imagine, it's an exploration of the lives and aesthetics of that great American design couple, Charles and Ray Eames.
